Theta Healing

Explore the beliefs held beneath conscious awareness.

What is Theta Healing?

A guided meditative practice, worked gently.

Theta Healing is a guided meditative practice that explores the beliefs held beneath conscious awareness.

In a deeply relaxed state, we gently examine the thoughts, fears and emotional associations that may be influencing how you feel, choose and respond.

Theta Healing — the practice
  • You feel held back despite conscious effort
  • A fear seems stronger than the present situation
  • The same emotional response keeps returning
  • You struggle to receive, trust or move forward

Our process

A structured, unhurried sequence.

The question is not only “What do I want?” It is also, “What within me may be resisting it?”

01

Intention

We begin with the concern you wish to explore.

02

Inquiry

Through gentle questioning, we look beneath the visible issue.

03

Recognition

We identify beliefs or emotional associations connected with it.

04

Reframing

In a guided meditative state, we work towards releasing and replacing what no longer supports you.

05

Integration

We discuss insights and conscious steps to carry forward.

The approach

At Khoj, Theta Healing is gentle and client-led, grounded in consent, guided without judgement and respectful of your beliefs - focused on awareness, not dependency, and integrated with practical action.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

A short discovery call establishes the question and whether Theta Healing is the right instrument for it. If it is not, that is said plainly.
